This is my first attempt at digital painting, so be nice. You guys inspired me to give it a try and I had a lot of fun. You're all WAY better than I am at it, so any feedback is MORE than welcome.
Yeah, especially for a first go at it, that's pretty damn good. Without being all nitpicky, the only thing that might be a problem is how the black on his cowl is pretty close to the dark purple in the background. I think if the lighter purple framed his head, or maybe add some back lighting, it would make the silhouette of his head stand out more.
DUDE! I think it looks great. Keep it up, I wanna see more!
